1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the mobile pet grooming services provided by Alpha Grooming Pet Salon.
By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with our business, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Mobile Grooming Service Overview
Alpha Grooming Pet Salon provides mobile pet grooming services, meaning all services are performed at your location using our fully equipped grooming vehicle.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and accessible parking space for the grooming van
- Ensuring access to the pet at the scheduled time
- Informing us of any behavioral or health issues
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation or additional fees.
3. Pet Health & Behavior Policy
Pet Health
Clients must disclose any known health conditions, injuries, or sensitivities prior to the appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- A pet shows signs of illness or contagious conditions
- Grooming may cause harm or excessive stress to the pet
Aggressive or Difficult Pets
If a pet shows aggressive behavior that poses a risk:
- Service may be stopped immediately
- Partial or full service fees may still apply
Muzzles or special handling may be used when necessary for safety.
4. Safety & Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety:
- Grooming tools and processes involve inherent risks
- Minor cuts, nicks, or irritation may occur, especially in sensitive pets
By using our services, you acknowledge these risks.
Alpha Grooming Pet Salon is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Reactions due to undisclosed health issues
- Stress-related conditions in elderly or sensitive pets
5. Appointment Policy
Arrival Window
Due to the nature of mobile services, arrival times may vary. We operate within scheduled time windows rather than exact times.
Access to Pet
If we cannot access your pet at the scheduled time:
- The appointment may be canceled
- A cancellation fee may apply
Late or Missed Appointments (No-Show)
If the client is unavailable:
- The full service fee may be charged
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full service charge
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable
We understand emergencies may happen and will evaluate situations case by case.
7. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing varies based on pet size, breed, coat condition, and behavior
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Severe matting
- Flea infestations
- Aggressive behavior
- Extended grooming time
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
8. Matting Policy
Severely matted coats can cause pain and health risks.
In such cases:
- Shaving may be required for humane treatment
- Additional fees may apply
- The client must authorize the procedure
Alpha Grooming Pet Salon is not responsible for:
- Skin irritation
- Minor cuts due to matting removal
9. Flea & Parasite Policy
If fleas or parasites are detected:
- Grooming may be stopped or adjusted
- Additional sanitation fees may apply
- Immediate treatment may be required for continuation
10. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations
- Reminders
- Service updates
- Customer support

11. Service Refusal or Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
- Conditions are unsafe for the groomer or pet
- The pet is excessively aggressive
- The environment is not suitable for mobile service
No refunds will be issued in cases where service is stopped due to safety concerns.
12. Weather & Operational Conditions
Appointments may be rescheduled due to:
- Severe weather
- Mechanical issues
- Unsafe working conditions
We will notify clients as soon as possible in these cases.
13. Changes to Terms
Alpha Grooming Pet Salon may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Ang Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC ay hindi mananagot para sa pagtakas o pagkawala ng anumang (mga) alagang hayop. Nauunawaan ng Kliyente na posible kahit na para sa mga nabakunahan na alagang hayop na magkasakit ng isang nakakahawang sakit sa kabila ng pagbabakuna, at hindi ito dahil sa anumang pangyayari o kondisyon na may kaugnayan sa Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC.
Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from the use of any products. The Client also agrees to disclose the use or application of any chemical products (such as flea & tick treatments) on the pet before the time of service. The Client understands that Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC has the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. The Client understands that if their pet has a history of, or repeatedly demonstrates aggression or biting of humans or other animals, they are required to notify Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC before services are rendered. To ensure the safety of the groomer and prevent a pet from injuring themselves, a muzzle may be used if deemed necessary by the groomer. If a pet injures the groomer with a vicious or aggressive bite or attack, the Client agrees to take full responsibility and will be held liable for the expenses related to the treatment of the groomer’s injuries. The Client also understands that all bites will be reported to the local authorities as required by law. If at any time during the grooming process the groomer determines for any reason the grooming process should be discontinued, the Client agrees to pay all charges.
The Client grants permission for Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC, to obtain medical treatment for their pet(s), should it become necessary. This treatment may occur at any veterinary clinic selected by Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC. The Client agrees to pay all costs associated with emergency medical treatment. The Client also agrees to allow Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC, to treat minor cuts, nicks, burns, or injuries at the time of the occurrence if those injuries are determined by the groomer to not require special vet care. The groomer is not a veterinarian. All advice given is strictly personal opinion.
The Client is aware that if the coat on their pet(s) is in a matted condition, the pet(s) may not be able to receive the style of cut the Client is requesting. If the matting is severe, brushing the coat out may be too stressful and painful for the pet. In this case, a shave down may be required. The Client is aware that many skin conditions (including but not limited to bruising, lesions, open sores, maggot or other parasite infestations, scabbing, hair loss, fungal infections, hot spots, etc.) are the result of a matted coat, and it is impossible for any groomer to know what condition the skin may be in underneath a matted coat. If a condition is discovered during the grooming process, the groomer will make the Client aware of this condition at the conclusion of the service. The Client will not hold the groomer or Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC is liable for any condition or injury related to a matted coat, or the removal of such. The Client understands a matted pet(s) is at greater risk of injury during the grooming process.
The Client agrees Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC is not responsible for skin changes or coat re-growth or changes after the grooming service. The groomer and Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC advises against shaving a double coat due to the risk of poor or no re-growth, as well as coat quality changes and other unknown issues.
The Client agrees the process of grooming may become stressful for their pet, both physically and mentally, especially in pets with known or unknown medical conditions. The stress of grooming may cause latent, unknown, active or inactive conditions to become active or inflamed and can result in illness, seizures, or the death of their pet. Although Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC will take responsible care in the grooming of their pet(s); the Client acknowledges that the stress of grooming may initiate or exacerbate medical problems in their pet. The Client agrees not to hold the groomer or Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC responsible for any reactions their pet(s) may have to the grooming process. Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions, known or unknown, or the aggravation of those conditions.
The Client agrees they are legally able to make decisions on behalf of the pet(s) being serviced by Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC.
Ang (mga) alagang hayop ay hindi dapat nalantad sa distemper, rabies, o parvovirus sa loob ng tatlumpung (30) araw bago ang anumang mga serbisyong natanggap, at ang bawat alagang hayop ay nabakunahan ayon sa hinihingi ng Batas ng Estado ng Colorado. Sumasang-ayon ang kliyente na magpakita ng katibayan ng pagbabakuna kapag hiniling. Ang kasunduang ito ay nalalapat sa lahat ng kasalukuyang, nakaraan at hinaharap na mga serbisyo na ibinibigay ng Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC. Ang kasunduang ito ay nalalapat sa anuman at lahat ng mga alagang hayop na nauugnay sa Kliyente na naka-sign sa ibaba. Sumasang-ayon ang Kliyente na dalhin ang anumang kilalang bagong pag-uugali o medikal na kondisyon sa pansin ng Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC bago ang oras ng serbisyo.
Anumang (mga) larawan o (mga) video na kinunan o ipinadala sa Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC o sa kanilang mga kasamahan ay itinuturing na pag-aari ng Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, LLC at maaaring magamit at / o kopyahin sa marketing at iba pang mga materyales nang walang anumang karagdagang pahintulot o pahintulot at ang Kliyente ay hindi magkakaroon ng karapatan sa anumang kabayaran para sa kanilang paggamit.
Aggressive or Dangerous Pets: Owners MUST inform Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, L.L.C. if your pet(s) bite, has bitten, or is aggressive to people, other pets or specific grooming procedures. Muzzles may be used if necessary. Muzzling will not harm your pet and protects both the pet and the groomer. Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse/stop services for such pet(s) at any time before or during the grooming process, and charge a handling fee for Aggressive Dogs in addition to the regular grooming charge. If the pet should bite, the owner agrees to be responsible for any and all related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage.

Mat Removal: Pets with matted coats need extra attention during their grooming session. Mats left in a pet’s coat only grow tighter and can strangle the pet’s skin, or eventually tear it open. Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, L.L.C. does not wish to cause serious or undue stress to your pet, and will not continually de-mat your pet for you. Mats can be very difficult to remove and may require the pet to be shaved. When necessary, removing a heavily matted coat includes risks of nicks, cuts or abrasions due to warts, moles or skin folds trapped in the mats. Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near the pet’s skin allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow, causing skin irritations that existed prior to the grooming process. Torn skin
from mats can also harbor maggots. After effects of mat removal procedures can include itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions and failure of the hair to re-grow. Shaved pets are also prone to sunburn and should be kept out of the sun until the hair grows sufficiently to protect the skin. In some cases, pets may also exhibit brief behavioral changes. Prevention is the best defense against matting by scheduling regular grooming appointments. There is an extra charge for dematting.
Undersigned Client agrees to any additional charges for dematting.
Puppy’s first Haircut: The first grooming experience for a puppy (or any age dog) requires patience and understanding. More time may be necessary to work with younger pets. Gradually adding steps to the grooming process on a regular basis will help to minimize any potential stress. Owners can help their pets accept grooming by regularly massaging pet’s paws as well as brushing & combing their coats.
Frequent handling of paws can help pets better accept nail clipping or trimming around the feet.
Accidents: There is always the possibility an accident could occur. Grooming equipment is sharp, even though we use extreme caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur including cuts, nicks, scratches, quicking of nails, etc. In most cases, this can happen when a pet is wiggling or moving around. If you arrive to pick up your pet and they are still being groomed, please do NOT talk to them or allow him/her to see you. Every effort will be made to ensure your pet is groomed as safely as possible, but an excited pet can be dangerous to continue to work on. If you insist on talking to your pet, or the groomer, we reserve the right to end the grooming session, even if the groom is not completed, and the full grooming price will be charged.
Parasites: If you suspect your pet has fleas or ticks, prompt and thorough action on YOUR part will be needed. Flea infestations can lead to tapeworm and other health problems. We do offer effective products and can apply treatment if requested. If fleas or ticks are found during the grooming process, your pet will receive a flea bath to kill the parasites and an extra charge will be applied. Ticks found will be removed and an additional charge may be applied. If ticks are found, we strongly suggest you have your pet tested for Lyme Disease or other tick-borne illnesses. Please note that parasites are a health hazard to your pet as well as to humans.
Hold Harmless Agreement: By signing this contract you (or your Agent) agree to hold Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, L.L.C., it’s owners, operators, employees, officers and directors harmless from any damage, loss, or claim arising from any condition of the undersigned pet, either known or unknown to Alpha Pet Grooming Salon, L.L.C. It is also further understood and agreed the terms of this agreement can change at any time, without notice, and will overwrite any and all prior signed contracts or releases.
Late or No Pick-Ups: Please be on time to pick-up your pet(s). We work by Appointment and do not have the staff or facilities for your pet to stay after the groom has been completed. To enforce this policy, a $50 kennel fee may be added to your invoice. By signing below you are that if you fail to pick up your pet within 24 hours of the conclusion of our services Alpha Per Grooming, L.L.C. is authorized to deliver the animal to a shelter.
Cancellations (including rescheduled appointments) must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds of any fees will not include any service fees paid to third parties.

The Client understands their pet(s) will be tethered during the grooming process.
